I often see them as figurines or painted in beautiful pictures, they almost look like bottle brushes with pointy tips at the top… I considered that it might be the western white pine, “the idaho tree” but after viewing several pictures they come in different sizes just sometimes in this shape… thanks if you know! I know their real, I snapped a pix of one while driving near a forest… but the problem was there wasn’t that many, and the pix came out blurry… I went to that forests website and it doesn’t show it… I tried image searches too… Often times we see them painted or pictured as a very tall one resting next to a medium one that is next to a small one… thanks so much.
Yes it does look like it. I think I found a similar pix under western white pine. As I did another search under western white pine, it should that one but all different sizes. So I suppose maybe it is a white pine… and no, its not an itallian cypress… those are different, they have branches that point upwards, and those are very full trees, the one i’m looking for tendes to have lengthy spaces between each branch node and the branches point straight out to the sides… very much like the gentlemens pix. but thanks though.
